Lorie (Esch)Deller was born in 1974, in a Navy hospital in Porstmouth, VA. Being in a Navy family means that you have to move wherever your parent is stationed. They moved to Corpus Christi, Tx, and then to the Puget Sound in Washington state, all by the time she was five years old. At the age of seven, Lorie and her family moved to Ashland, OR, where she spent much of her childhood.
Fast forward a bit, Lorie spent over a decade in East TX, where she put her heart and energy into raising her incredible daughter, Jade, and earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the university of TX at Tyler. Her focus was drawing and painting, and she loved spending hours in creative mode. While in school, she took lessons from artist Julia Bradshaw, owner of Jujubilees Professional Face Painting and Body Art. She realized how much fun it is to bring extra fun and joy to the kids and adults alike bringing daydreams to life.
Lorie is now back in Ashland to stay; happily married to Paul , and with Jade close by. She is content to build her artist niche in this beautiful community.
